Getting Started

This manual is currently under construction. This version of the help manusl is being developed for the upcoming Raging Universe 2.0. Current information on this site may change, be missing entirely or not even exist in the current game. Please view the older versions of the Guide and Help Manual for further information about Raging Universe.

Welcome to Raging universe, a real time online strategy game. Here you will compete with other players to become the strongest.

Before you start, you need to create an account, in the registration process you must choose your kingdom name, ruler name and planet type.

• Kingdom Name – this is how people will recognize you.
• Leader Name – this name will be seen only in forums, conferences or when you send a message to someone, it will be attached to the bottom of your post or message.
• Planet type – you choose the desired planet type you’d like to play with (see planet types for more info)

After you successfully create an account your Kingdom will be placed in one of the sectors in the galaxy. Each sector can have a maximum of 25 Kingdoms. All the Kingdoms in the same sector fight together against other sector’s Kingdoms and each sector can choose their Sector Leader (SL) – a player who controls the sector bank, sector relations and is the moderator of the sector forum. A Sector Leader can also appoint someone as Vice Sector Leader (VSL) to help him clean the forum. You can vote for a person you believe is worth being SL in the Sector Politics tab.

Your Kingdom will be in protection mode for 3 days after you create an account so this means you have time to build your buildings, defenses and get yourself ready for the real challenge. You can’t be hit while you are under protection so don’t worry about defenses in the first day.

The game is based on a tick system – every hour changes happen like you get your hourly income, power, your population grows or drops, your workers finish building something or exploring and most important, your Networth (NW) rises or drops. Your Networth is your score which is made up from your buildings, land, population, most of it by military.

Now you are ready to start, at the beginning you have some money and land to start with so you start constructing buildings and exploring more lands and you should start training soldiers under military tab. You do this in the first day, the next day you can either keep spending money on buildings and land or start building your military (see military for more info). But most important is to start building your military units before 24hours left of protection mode.

Remember that the game doesn’t stop when you aren’t online; it keeps going, so you don’t have to be online 24/7 to play it. You can log in and order units, buildings or whatever you desire and log out again.
